Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as a goo11 platform user.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active goo11 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. goo11 will require you to verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any account where the player is found to be under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the verified payment method.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting entirely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are accessing goo11 from a territory where online casino and sports betting activities are not explicitly prohibited under applicable national or local law.
• You do not hold any existing goo11 account — whether active, suspended, or self-excluded. Each individual may hold only one account on the goo11 platform at any time.
• You are not self-excluded from goo11 or from any other gambling platform under a shared exclusion agreement. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from goo11, you must not attempt to re-register before the exclusion period has formally expired.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of goo11 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You are using funds that belong to you and are not derived from criminal activity. goo11 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds verification checks at any time.

goo11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any or all of the above eligibility conditions at any time, without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. We are committed to maintaining a safe platform for all eligible adult players across Bangladesh.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on goo11, you must create a registered account via the goo11 login registration page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are legally responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to goo11 during registration and at any subsequent point when information is requested or updated.

The registration process on goo11 includes the following steps:

goo11 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without any obligation to provide a reason for refusal. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held within the account.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the goo11 platform — deposits into your BDT wallet and withdrawals back to your verified payment method — are governed by the terms set out in this section. goo11 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players:

• All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). goo11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player's payment provider.
• Deposits made with bonus intent that appear to be structured to exploit promotional terms may be declined or reversed at goo11's discretion.
• goo11 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that follow atypical betting patterns.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing is initiated. Once a withdrawal is marked as processing, it cannot be reversed.
• goo11 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside goo11's control and are not reimbursed.
• Any attempt to charge back a deposit through your payment provider after using the funds to place bets constitutes fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

goo11 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players across Bangladesh, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spin campaigns, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh occasions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms published on individual promotion pages.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players who have fully completed the KYC process and who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to receive or use bonus credits.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits awarded by goo11 are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 25x the bonus amount). Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived winnings are not available for withdrawal.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account balance without compensation. Expiry periods are stated clearly on each promotion.
4. Single Bonus Policy: Only one active welcome bonus may be held per player. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses by registering more than one account constitutes abuse of the promotion and is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes. 6. Abuse Prevention: goo11 monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with promotional abuse. If abuse is detected, goo11 reserves the right to void bonus credits, recalculate winnings, and suspend the relevant account pending investigation.
7. Modification of Promotions: goo11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonus credits already awarded to a player's account, provided the player is already progressing towards the wagering requirement in good faith.

Section 6

Game Rules and Fair Play

goo11 offers a comprehensive selection of online casino games and sports betting markets to Bangladesh players. All games and betting markets are subject to the specific game rules published within each game interface or betting market, in addition to the general platform rules set out in these Terms & Conditions.

goo11 does not manipulate game outcomes or betting odds to disadvantage individual players. All games offered on the platform undergo regular independent audits. Section 7

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the goo11 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on goo11 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

goo11 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor player behaviour in real time. Patterns of play that are inconsistent with normal recreational betting — including but not limited to systematic bonus exploitation, abnormal betting patterns, and coordinated multi-account activity — will trigger automatic review. goo11 reserves the right to freeze account funds during any active investigation and to seek recovery of any funds improperly obtained through prohibited conduct.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

goo11 may suspend or permanently close a player's account under the following circumstances. Where a closure is initiated by goo11 rather than by the player, the reason will be communicated to the player via the registered email address associated with the account.

Upon permanent account closure (whether player- or goo11-initiated), all data associated with the account will be retained by goo11 in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. goo11 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, goo11 will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of goo11 following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with the player-initiated closure process described above.
